To be honest we were very disappointed with Turning Stone's casino so decided to try our luck at the much smaller 'slot' casino. Perhaps Wild Flower staff should take a field trip to learn good service.My wife and I went to Vernon Downs Casino ironically after our stay at nearby Turning Stone. Seriously, how long does it take to set a table and seat at party? Well apparently over 30 minutes at this place! The front desk was kind enough to direct us over to the Club House, which has wonderful food and exceptional, timely, attentive service. She says she doesn’t know because she has to seat a THIRD family behind us that had been waiting even longer than all of us. NO ONE COMES OUT! Finally the hostess, after taking way too long to set one table comes back, and our group and the other family ask how much longer of a wait. After 30 MINUTES, I walked into the still empty restaurant to find a manager and explained two families have been waiting for quite a long time, with no one to assist us. We can see her in the restaurant which is EMPTY taking 15 minutes to set ONE TABLE! My ten year old could have done better! It was like she was incapable of performing more than one task at a time. 20 MINUTES later she still has not come back out. Never asked if were there to be seated, or even acknowledged us for that matter. When we got to the restaurant, there was a family standing at the hostess table. Having stayed at the Lodge earlier this year, we were looking forward to brunch at Wild Flowers. We were there for a wedding this weekend.
